Sales and Purchase Conditions

These conditions are reserved for the Norwegian market and Norwegian consumers.

Prices / Payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Ordering is done using the contact form on the Sowin website or by sending an email. We will then send an invoice.

The item(s) will only be sent when our first agreed payment has been registered.

Order Confirmation

When an order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail with the agreed first percentage payment. When it is paid, the order is confirmed. When payment has been received, you will receive a receipt to your e-mail address.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or parts of it, if the product is sold out. If an item is sold out, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead.

Delivery

Ordered goods are sent by carrier and shipping is not included in the price. If SoWin advances the shipping, the shipping costs will be invoiced after.

Delivery time depends on charterer and place of delivery, and is normally the same on arrival day it is sent.

Right of Withdrawal / Complaint

The Right of Cancellation Act only applies to consumer purchases, and gives a free right of cancellation within 14 days after payment. If you regret the purchase, you pay the return shipping yourself. All returns must be sent in wrapped original packaging, with all accessories.

In the event of a warranty defect, complaint or need for repair, this is agreed before the product is sent in. SoWin provides guarantees in accordance with the Norwegian Purchase Act and the Consumer Purchase Act for private persons. Products with an extended warranty have this written on the product info.

The customer will pay for return, but Sowin Power can provide pick-up and transportation of bought power station. To return goods the customer must make contact with seller within 14 days after delivery. Take contact on email or phone.

To send a complaint about the product please send us an email.

Important Information Regarding Warranty

The guarantee requires that the products are used and preserved in a responsible manner. Frost damage, water damage or other damage caused by the user is not covered by the warranty. Carefully read the accompanying user and safety instructions with the products.

The guarantee also disappears as soon as changes are made to any of the products and/or that they are opened. This also applies to settings on BMS without approval from SoWin.

External influences including unusual physical or electrical stress are not covered (power failure, inrush, lightning, flood, fire, accidental failure, etc.). Connected equipment that is not suitable with our products is also not covered. It is therefore important to ensure that all equipment is compatible.

NB! Electrical equipment intended to be part of a fixed electrical installation can only be installed by a registered installation company in accordance with the Electrical Regulations. If this is not followed, the guarantee will not apply.

After you have received the products, you should, as soon as you have the opportunity, check whether the delivery is in accordance with the dispatch confirmation. Check if the products have been damaged during transport, or if the products are otherwise faulty or missing.

If an error or deficiency is discovered, you must within a reasonable time after it became discovered, or should have discovered it, give the seller notice that you want to make a claim regarding the deficiency (complaint). If you do not advertise in time, the right to do so is lost.

Reservation

We reserve the right for any typographical errors and price changes.
